A fond farewell to 2012...

Looking back on the months gone by and the imminence of a new year as this one draws close, I contemplate what brought me joy and I think of my adventures made possible by those who believed in me and by my many clients who took a chance on Mister MC and those who asked me back - I realise how much I have to be grateful for. I have great plans for 2013 and hope you will continue on this journey with me.

I will not be spending any energy on New Year’s resolutions this time because, like most of us, I’ll probably begin paving hell with them by next week. Since most of us will be up late tomorrow night – some to see the New Year in and some to make sure the old year leaves – I ask you to spare a thought for those who forgot the joy of a smile.

And because a Master of Ceremonies without a striking toast is as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike, I close with these words: Here's to the bright New Year, and a fond farewell to the old; here's to the things that are yet to come, and to the memories that we hold. In 2013, may we realize the truth that we are already whole. Cheers to a New Year and another chance for us to get it right!!!
